Iranian ships block Syrian opposition communications

The Iranian ships that docked at the Syrian port of Tartus are equipped
with military satellites aimed at blocking radio signals, Interfax
reports, referring to the Al-Sharq al-Awsat newspaper.

The newspaper, referring to its sources in the Egyptian security services,
reports that the Iranian ships are blocking radio signals sent by
the Syrian opposition.

Vestnik Kavkaza previously reported that Iranian ships arrived in
Tartus two days ago.
