Iran has sent Azerbaijan a protest note following the arrest of Iranian journalists in Azerbaijan, 1news.az reports.
Iran said that the arrest contradicted international law and called for their immediate liberation.
Correspondents of Iranian news agencies Fars and Seher were arrested in Azerbaijan on February 18th.
