Iran refuses IAEA access to Parchin military complex

On Wednesday, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) expressed disappointment that experts visiting Iran were not given access to the Parchin military complex. The two-day talks with Iran were fruitless, RIA Novosti reports.

Media reported on Monday that IAEA experts had no plans to visit Iranian nuclear facilities. No reasons were mentioned.

IAEA inspectors arrived in Tehran for negotiations on the nuclear program of Iran. It was the second visit of experts to Tehran in the last month. The previous delegation visited Iran on January 29-31. Earlier reports said Iran launched additional 3,000 centrifuges in Natanz, making a total of 9,000.
