The Russian Chairman of Parliament Sergey Naryshkin believes that further integration and formation of the Eurasian Union requires formation of a Eurasian Parliament, RIA Novosti reports.
The official reminded on Wednesday about development of migration processes, the Customs Union and the Single Economic Space. Formation of the Eurasian Union needs clear economic legislation. Supranational Eurasian structures are already under development and the Eurasian Economic Commission has been established. But existing structures need parliamentary functions, which is why the formation of a Eurasian Parliament is under discussion, Naryshkin concludes.
