Ingushetia plans to improve the activity of voters on March 4, ITAR-TASS reports.
Media have started informing the electorate about the importance of votes and are publishing materials and trailers with calls to attend the polling process. Some mobile operators are urging people to vote.
Musa Yevloyev, Chairman of the Ingush Electoral Commission, recommended commercial structures to thank voters. Every fifth voter will receive a mobile card worth 100 rubles, every tenth will receive a card for 10 liters of fuel, every 12th will receive a certificate worth 500 rubles to pay for gas, every 25th will receive a similar certificate for electricity.
Yevloyev said that each voter will receive a sheet with a number and may win a car or electronics. Every new couple marrying on March 4 will receive a refrigerator or a TV set as a gift.
All voters will receive mineral water for free.
About 80% of the Ingushetian electorate took part in the voting process at the parliamentary polls in December.
