Kazakhstan has set a limit on the number of functionaries at central state structures, Prime Minister Karim Masimov said, RIA Novosti reports.
Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev ordered reduction of functionaries and staff at national holdings. New limits in ministries and executive structures are to be set on March 1, they will be optimized in 2 months. The Ministry of Finances and Ministry for Economy are to work on the issue, according to Masimov’s order.
Finances Minister Bolat Zhamishev was ordered to neglect complaints and requests for increase of staff.
