Turkish national defense council meets for the first time this year

Turkish President Abdullah Gul attended the first meeting this year of the country's National Defense Council, TRT reports.

Assembled officials discussed the situation surrounding terrorism and possible ways to solve the problem. They decided to take harsh measures to combat terror.
