Russia asks Ukraine to extradite suspected Putin 'assassins'

The Russian Prosecutor General’s Office has requested the extradition of Adam Osmayev, a suspected organizer of assassination of Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, RIA Novosti reports.

Osmayev was detained in Ukraine in February, accused of illegal storage of explosives and planning the assassination.
