About 200 students of the North Caucasian Federal District arrived in Pyatigorsk for the All-Caucasian Forum of Student Construction Brigades. Russian Plenipotentiary Presidential Envoy Alexander Khloponin arrived for the assembly, Stavropoliye reports.
Activists presented a coat to Khloponin.
He said that Russian geography can be studied by what students built in Norilsk, Blagoveshensk, Sochi, Voronezh. The envoy reminded that there are about 6,000 members of student construction brigades in the Krasnodar Territory and expects the number to reach 20,000 in the federal district.
