Supreme Court of North Ossetia tries organizer of explosion at Vladikavkaz market

The Supreme Court of North Ossetia has initiated a process
against Suliman Khashagulgov, an alleged member of a criminal group
that organized the attack on the central market in Vladikavkaz on
September 9, 2010, "Rossiyskaya Gazeta" reports.

According to the press service of the court, hearings will be held in
a special manner and behind closed doors.

The explosion on September 9, 2010 killed 19 people, 240 were injured.

Nine of 12 suspects in the terrorist attack on the central market in
Vladikavkaz entered in the pre-trial agreement with the investigation
authorities, including Suliman Khashagulgov. Their cases are being
processed  separately.
