Georgian foreign minister discusses EU, NATO membership

Georgian Foreign Minister Grigol Vashadze has discussed integration in the EU and NATO with his Polish and Czech counterparts, Trend reports.

The meeting was held within the framework of informal talks with the Visegrad Group, Denmark, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia and Eastern Partnership in Prague.

Vashadze discussed bilateral and multilateral cooperation with Czech Foreign Minister Karel Schwarzenberger. Special attention was paid to Georgian integration in European and Euro-Atlantic structures.

The same issue was discussed between Vashadze and his Polish counterpart Radoslaw Sikorski. The Polish minister confirmed support for Georgia on its way to integration. They also talked on the 20th anniversary of Georgian-Polish relations.
