Tajik President Emomali Rahmon has met Azerbaijani Minister for Economic Development Shakhin Mustafayev in Dushanbe, CA-News reports.
The sides noted that the first session of the inter-governmental commission for trade-economic cooperation of Tajikistan and Azerbaijan allows realization of the underused potential. The officials emphasized interest in improving political contacts and development of cooperation in economy, trade, investments, industry, energy, transport, agriculture, culture, tourism and other spheres. Special attention was paid to freighting. Rahmon and Mistafayev exchanged views on regional and international problems.
