The Russian parliament will hold talks on a bill on the state defense order, RBC reports.
The bill contains peculiarities of state defense order, basic principles and methods of state regulation of prices for products and their orders. It names state customers, obligations and responsibility.
The bill will set clear responsibility of officials involved in defense orders, violations of norms and rules for regulation of prices. Anti-monopoly rules will be set for defense products, concerning suppliers of parts and materials.
