New deputy head of Armenian security service appointed

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree appointing Romik
Arutiunyan the new first deputy director of the Armenian Security
Service, News Armenia reports, citing the presidential press-service.
The position of the deputy director of the Security Service became
vacant after Grachya Arutiunyan was appointed head of the State
Security Service.
