Iran considers Israel's airstrikes on Gaza Strip as war crimes

The Iranian authorities have called the Israeli air force strikes on Gaza
war crimes against the Palestinian people, the Foreign Ministry of the
Islamic republic announced, Interfax reports.

"Iran strongly condemns the Zionist regime's atrocities against the
innocent and defenseless Palestinian population of Gaza," the statement
says.

Iran's Foreign Ministry called on international organizations and human
rights activists to draw attention to the illegal actions of Israel.
