The US has disagreements with Russia over South Ossetia and Abkhazia
but will continue to engage in dialogue, the official spokesman of the
US State Department, Philip Crowley, said.
He added that this was proven by meetings attended by a State
Department official during the 11th round of discussions in Geneva
talks under the auspices of the UN, the EU and the OSCE.
Crowley said that the White House is satisfied with the process of
dialogue with Russia. Washington still continues to pressure Russia to
change its stance on the situation around Georgia.
