Georgia needs civilian control over army - NATO Secretary General

NATO Secretary General of Anders Fogh Rasmussen pointed out to Georgia
at a meeting in Brussels the need for civilian control over security.


Within the framework of today's session, NATO members will discuss the
situation in Georgia, cooperation between NATO and Tbilisi in
security, including Georgian participation in the military operations
in Afghanistan, RIA Novosti reports.
