The US and Israel will not enter Iran until late 2012, RIA Novosti reports.
A high-ranking Russian diplomat said that Israel demands President Obama either help it in a war with Iran or suffer a loss of support from the Jewish lobby.
US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov had negotiations in New York on Monday. Clinton requested Lavrov to inform Iran that the talks in April with the six mediators (Russia, UK, Germany, China, USA and France) are Tehran’s last chance to avoid the war.

69% people questioned want the US and allies to continue diplomatic pressure on Iran. 58% of Republicans are opposed to a military conflict. 49% of people believe that the US should be neutral, 25% want Washington to help Israel. 14% want US support to be limited with diplomatic measures.
Steven Kull, Director of the World Public Opinion, said that the main reason Americans are opposed to Israel’s attack on Tehran is that they do not expect efficiency. Only 18% believe that bombing the state would postpone the nuclear program by 5 years.
