Chairwoman of the Federation Council of Russia Valentina Matviyenko said today that the OSCE, UN and Russia will continue efforts in the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process, APA reports.
She noted that the main objective is to settle the conflict peacefully. Commenting on ties with Azerbaijan, Matviyenko said that Russia has friendly ties with the state within the framework of bilateral relations and the CIS.
