Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has appointed Mubariz Ali ogly Agayev as the Executive Chief of the Gubinsky District, abc.az reports.
Agayev left the office as head of the executive authorities of the town of Mingechavir.
The former head of the district was dismissed after mass protests, provoked by offensive statements he made 3 months ago. The local population set the building of the executive administration of the district on fire and burned the executive head’s house down.
