Part of the temporary operative police structures of Russia are moving from Chechnya to Dagestan, RIA Novosti reports.
Russian Interior Minister Army General Rashid Nurgaliyev has decided to send the forces to form the Temporary Operative Group of the Russian Interior Ministry. The group will be moved to areas with the highest crime level. The operative group will be under supervision of Police Colonel Oleg Kizhayev.
