Russian Defense Minister Anatoly Serdyukov and Director General of the Moscow Machine Works, Avangard, Gennady Kozhin, have signed a three-year contract to purchase S-400 guided missiles, Interfax reports.
According to the state defense order of 2012, the shipments get a 100% pre-payment to the supplier and contractors.
