Russian CEC to monitor South Ossetian elections

The Russian Central Electoral Commission will send a delegation to South Ossetia in order to monitor the coming presidential elections, ITAR-TASS reports.

The presidential elections in South Ossetia were held this winter, but their results were declared invalid after the opposition candidate, Alla Dzhioyeva, won the ballot.
