Russia should be attractive to neighbouring countries

Russia should apply a well-balanced approach to Eurasian integration, Russian experts believe.

According to Alexey Malashenko, no integration is possible without modernization. He also underlines that a wise approach to integration projects is necessary. It very important to specify the aims of such projects, the expert says.
