Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has dismissed Pavel Ipatov, Governor of the Saratov Region. Valery Radayed is the Acting Governor of the region, RIA Novosti reports.
Ipatov left office at own will. Radayev is the Chairman of Saratov Legislative Assembly. He is also the secretary of the regional office of the United Russia Party.
