Saakashvili promises not to run for presidency a third time

Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili has stated that after his second presidential term he is not going to run for president.
"Georgia will never be a 'Bantustan' where the constitution and the law are written for a specific person", Saakashvili said, Interfax reports.
