Lawmakers in Dagestan have requested Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin to open the crossing post of Yarag-Kazmalyar and Tagirken-Kazmalyar on the border of Azerbaijan, RIA Dagestan reports.
10 MPs filed a letter. They say that the border post has no equipment needed for service. MPs emphasize that such situation hinders development of cultural, economic and social ties with Dagestanis and Azerbaijanis and provokes red tape.
