Case of explosion at Vladikavkaz market sent to court

Investigators of the North Caucasus Federal District Court have submitted a case against members of the "Vilayat Galgaiche" gang. Muhammad Latyrov and Islam Khashagulgov are accused of organizing terrorist attacks on the market in Vladikavkaz in September 2010, Vzglyad reports.

According to investigators, Latyrov and Khashagulgov joined the criminal organization "Vilayat Galgaiche" in 2010 and its structural units – an organized armed group whose members were involved in planning the 9 September 2010 terrorist attack at the central market of Vladikavkaz.

The defendants, together with other gang members, took part in committing grave and especially grave crimes on the territory of the republics of Ingushetia and North Ossetia-Alania. They organized a series of attacks on the lives of law enforcement officers, illicit trafficking of firearms and ammunition, and other crimes of varying severity.
