Deputy Prosecutor General Sergei Vorobyov made representations to the Director of Federal Bailiffs Service, Artur Parfenchikov, regarding the fact that the court officers of the South Federal District have not done an effective job of collecting withheld wages, RIA Novosti reports referring to the Prosecutor General's Office.
The Office of the Prosecutor General in the Southern Federal District summarized the results of inspections by police officers on the enforcement of acts for the recovery of withheld wages in 2011.
It was reported that the court officers showed a poor performance in collecting withheld wages. In total, prosecutors revealed over 8.6 thousand law violations in the activities of bailiffs.
