7 operative groups of internal troops have been formed in Dagestan, Dagestan Leader Magomedsalam Magomedov's press service reports.
Magomedov had a session of the counter-terrorism commission in the Karabudakhkent District yesterday. Interior Minister of Dagestan Abdurashid Magomedov presented a report. He condemned the local authorities for neglecting villagers showing sympathy to extremists.
The minister noted that militants have no permanent hideout. The group that killed 5 hunters in the Karabudakhkent District on February 27 moved from Buynaksk.
