RAS hosts conference on Black Sea cooperation

The Russian Academy of Sciences is hosting an international conference on cooperation and enforcement of security of the Black Sea on March 27-29, marking the 20th anniversary of the BSEC. The conference was organized by the Center for Studies of Mediterranean and Black Sea Problems of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Center for Post-Soviet Studies of the History Department of the MSU, assisted by the Embassies of Turkey and Serbia in Moscow. Vestnik Kavkaza is providing informational support.


Rasim Dirsekhan Orsa's book "Russians, Ataturk and Birth of the Turkish Republic" was presented within the framework of the conference.


Alexey Vlasov, Editor-in-Chief of Vestnik Kavkaza, is the moderator of the session "The Contemporary Situation in the Greater Black Sea Region".
