Matthew Bryza urges Azerbaijani, Armenian presidents to talk Nagorno-Karabakh peace process themselves

Azerbaijan and Armenia are not ready to resolve the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, former US co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group and Ambassador to Azerbaijan Matthew Bryza said, APA reports.

The two leaders have a framework agreement. They need to fulfill 4,5 or 6 essential conditions. They need to negotiate the process themselves and change their attitude.
