At least two died and two were injured in Istanbul (Turkey), ITAR-TASS reports.
The explosion happened at the Mir Cafe. The building started burning. Observers say that the accident coincides with the upcoming Friends of Syria Conference in Istanbul on April 1. The Syrian National Council demanding attack against Bashar al-Assad's regime is based in Turkey and will attend the conference.
