Chechen president urges halt to bloodshed in Kyrgyzstan

Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov has expressed his regret in
connection with recent events in Kyrgyzstan, ITAR-TASS reports.
"Someone should intervene and stop this bloodshed. I don't know who
will take the decision to render assistance in establishing order.
Time is running out, we should prevent more casualties," Kadyrov
said.
