Russia is not indifferent to the relations existing between its
partners, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said at a news
conference in Yerevan, Trend reports.
"Intermediaries (in the question of the Nagorno-Karabakh settlement) have
been performing and carrying out their duties honestly, without
abandoning the principles of the Helsinki Final Act, namely the
rejection of the use of force or threat of force, respect for
territorial integrity and the right of peoples to self-determination.
The position of the co-chairs has not changed," Lavrov said.
Lavrov added that on the basis of tripartite meetings between the
presidents of Azerbaijan, Armenia and Russia, Russia has always expressed its
appreciation of the efforts of the co-chairs.
