Nikolai Patrushev, Secretary of the Russian Security Council, had consultations with Thomas Donilon, National Security Advisor in the Obama Administration, and Janet Napolitano, US Secretary of Homeland Security, in the US on Monday. The sides discussed the European missile defenses, the situation in Syria and Iran, RIA Novosti reports.
They exchanged views on international and regional security, Afghanistan, combating terrorism and drug trafficking and information security.
