Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has arrived in Azerbaijan, marking the 20th anniversary of diplomatic relations with the two states, Trend reports.
Lavrov will meet Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Prime Minister Artur Rasizade, Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov, spokesman of the Russian Foreign Ministry Alexander Lukashevich said.
The visit is part of the dialogue on improving diplomatic ties between Azerbaijan and Russia.
