Ukrainian PM discusses economy in Baku

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has met a Ukrainian delegation headed by Prime Minister Nikolai Azarov today, Trend reports.

Aliyev noted that the visit will contribute to development of bilateral and multilateral ties between the two states.

Azarov has given regards of Ukrainian President Victor Yanukovych to Aliyev and noted that he had witnessed a lot of construction in Baku.

The sides exchanged views on cooperation in energy, infrastructure, commerce and economy. Azarov said that Kiev is interested in constructing the Trans-Caspian Gas Pipeline and wants to take part, Interfax-Azerbaijan reports.
