Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov has attended the honorary ceremony of naming the 141st special motorized regiment of the interior forces of the Russian Interior Ministry after Akhmad Haji Kadyrov, the first Chechen President, Hero of Russia, press service of the Chechen government says.
Odes Baysultanov, Chechen Prime Minister, Adam Delimkhanov, a Russian MP, Magomed Daudov, Chechen Vice Premier and vice head of the Presidential Administration, Ruslan Alkhanov, Chechen Interior Minister, and other official attended the ceremony.
Sergey Zakharkin, Chief of Staff, Deputy Commander of the Joint Group for Counter-Terrorism Operations in North Caucasus of the Russian Interior Troops of the Russian Interior Ministry, made a speech.
