The parliamentary committee for the CIS will analyze threats to Russia’s interests in neighboring states and prevention of revolutions, Gazeta.ru reports.
Experts will discuss the role of NGOs as an instrument for color revolutions, the role of network technologies in organizing protests, blogs and social networks and the prevention of revolutionary movements.
The Russian Institute for Strategic Studies, the Institute for CIS States, the Counter-Terrorism Center of the CIS, the Institute for Political and Social Studies of the Black Sea and Caspian Region and other structures will take part in the studies.
