North Caucasus Federal District geodesy head charged

The North Caucasus prosecutor has initiated a criminal case against
the head of the interregional geodesy and cartography department on
suspicions of abuse of office. The suspect is charged with using
non-budget funds for excursions for department staff and their
families and paying bonuses. Total expenses reached 1.3 million
rubles.
