Turkish prime minister and Saudi king discuss Syria



Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Saudi King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz said that democratic transformation in Syria should be completed as soon as possible in line with people's demands, Trend reports.

The Prime Minister's office made a statement on the 3-hour-long talks. The statement said that talks centered on the Syrian issue and the two countries agree on the protection of Syria's territorial integrity. It also said that both Prime Minister Erdoğan and King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz said the Annan plan "should not be allowed to become a means of buying time for the Damascus administration".
