Ratings of US President Barack Obama exceed those of former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney by 9%, social polls of CNN say, RIA Novosti reports.
52% of people want to vote for Obama, 43% for Romney. Obama’s rating dropped by 2%, compared with March.
Most voters trust Obama and expect him to be devoted to his views. Only 29% have such expectations from Romney. 47% believe that Romney would change his ideas depending on the political situation. 39% say the same about Obama.
61% have no doubts that Obama will win the elections, 35% are confident in Romney’s win.
Social polls were held on April 13-15. Sociologists questioned 1,015 people. Statistical error is only 3%.
The US will hold presidential polls on November 6, 2012.
