Turkish President Abdullah Gul has appointed Ismail Alper Josgun as the new Ambassador to Azerbaijan to replace Khullusi Kylyc, Trend reports.
The president has appointed 10 other ambassadors. Kylyc will be moved to work at the Turkish Foreign Ministry.
