A 24-year old judge of the Inter-regional Arbitrary Court of the North Caucasian Federal District was attacked in Moscow on Tuesday, Interfax reports.
The Dagestani judge was attacked at the Kutuzovsky Avenue, 30, after a rude conversation with unidentified assailants at about 2 am on Tuesday. The judge used a traumatic pistol and made a warning shot in the air causing the attackers to flee. He requested medical aid after the fight.
