Abkhazia does not plan to sell Joseph Stalin’s country house, Abkhaz Foreign Minister Vyacheslav Chirikba said in Moscow, RIA Novosti reports.
Stalin had country houses at Lake Rits, Gagra, Afon and Sukhumi, the official said. The country house at Rits was Stalin’s favourite, Chirikba notes. The country houses are state property and preserve their historic appearance.
