Construction of a military post for border guards of the Russian
Federal Security Service has started in South Ossetia in the village
of Artsev in Tskhinvali region, IA ‘RES’ reports, citing the deputy
head of ‘Vladstroy’, Alexey Akipov.
The construction should be completed in 2011.
The head of the local Artsev administration, Lev Goyayev, presented
the land on the South Ossetian side for construction. There are 20
military posts under construction already, which should be completed
in 2011.
