Russian government to discuss compensation for Grozny terrorist attack's victims

The Russian government will discuss possible compensation for victims of the August 2011 terrorist attack on the Chechen capital of Grozny, the cabinet's official website says.

The terrorist attack took place on August 30th 2011. Nine people were killed, twenty-two wounded.
