The Ganja State University has received the European Quality Award, its Chancellor Professor Elman Mamedov received a medal for science achievements, Interfax reports.
This is the third Azerbaijani higher education center to receive such an award and the first in the western region, Mamedov said.
He clarified that the European Quality Award was issued for successful realization of the EU education programs ERASMUS-MUNDOS и TEMPUS.
