Today, April 21, in the Kirov district of Makhachkala, police officers cleared two mines which remotely controlled by mobile phone, "Interfax" reports.
According to security officials, in the morning along the highway in Makhachkala a suspicious package was discovered. Dog handlers with dogs who arrived at the spot confirmed the presence of explosives in the package. At 11:20 sappers destroyed two mines that were in the package.
Now the circumstances of the incident are being clarified, and the people involved in placing the devices are being sought for.
